Our aim at Cotton and Lace is to make your night as special as possible. We ensure that we will not sell the same dress twice to the same school – not even in a different colour! It’s a policy that we uphold with great pride. We work extremely hard to ensure this does not happen .
We understand how important it is for our Cotton and Lace Belles to have that special standout moment. Therefore, Amy, the proud owner of Cotton and Lace, will work with each budding prom queen to find the perfect dress to match her style.

UK CUSTOMERS
We post orders on working days Monday - Friday, using Royal Mail or DPD depending on the service selected. We do not post on weekends or Bank Holidays as they are not classed as working days.

We send via Royal Mail/Parcel force in the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country.

Returns
The Small Print
NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us
within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description fo the items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEM?
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email info@cottonandlace.co.uk with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours with the link to create a free returns label.
